To book a session, you need to create an online account. You may then purchase online credits or membership (credit card) and book a session at a convenient day and time for you. You can also book and pay your session directly at the studio.

Whenever you wish. The schedule is opening on every Monday at 12:00 for the following week.

Yes. We offer memberships without entry fee or long time commitment (2 months minimum only). Choose what fits your goals and lifestyle most.

We know how much you love to book your spots on Monday morning for the week ahead!

You can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class without losing your credit. This allows other athletes to use your spot if you cannot attend.

Any class canceled less than 12 hours before the class, or any "no-shows", will be considered a "late cancel" and your credit will be deducted from your account.

One of the best things about about our classes is that they can be adapted to any fitness level. We give you the ability to adjust the intensity of our classes by choosing the resistance level on the bike. The workout can suit each client's abilities. With every class, confidence and strength increase, so we encourage first-timers to go at their own pace and have fun at amplify.

All our sessions are offering a unique experience. Every single detail is designed to make you feel better, stronger, and confident that your session exceeded your expectations

It always depends on the weight and exertion of the individual. Research indicates that, on average, indoor cyclists can burn from 500-700 calories during a challenging 45-minute workout.

The amplify studio has lockers with built in, easy-to-use locks. We also have separate changing rooms, complete with toiletries and showers.

A fresh workout towel will be waiting for you at amplify. In case you would like to take a shower, ask for our fresh shower towels at the reception desk.

Yes! You can use our shoes free of charge (cleaned after every use!) or, if you really want to nail the pro look, bring your own. They strengthen the connection between leg and bike, engaging hamstrings and glutes for toned, lean legs. They also let you push up from the saddle more safely—to work core muscles, raise your heart rate and burn those calories.

We sell paper bottled water in the studio. We are working hard for a non-plastic environment. We also have filtered water fountains at the studio if you need to fill up your own bottle.

If it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before your class so you have enough time to change and learn how to set up your position right for any session you choose.

Please note, that if you are not in your chosen spot 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released.

If you are running late but arrive at the studio within 10 minutes after the class starts, we let you book another class without any additional charge. To ensure the best possible experience, sessions will start on time and late joiners will not be able to enter the room.

Come as you are in your favorite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or tee shirt. Bring your favorite water bottle or purchase our official amplify bottles at the studio.
Socks are required for Cycling but don't worry if you forget yours we sell socks at the studio.

We offer a 10% discount on full-price packs and subscriptions. Please show your student card at the studio or send us an email to receive the discount. This excludes special offers and sales.

Yes, you can! You can book more than one spot at a time, even next to each other to enjoy the class with your squad. Applies only to individual packs, not memberships.
